Have you ever had to ban anyone with no questions asked? Other than spammers, I give people at least one warning before giving them the boot, unless of course it's something like blatant racism or similar nonsense.

Other than spam, severe abuse like racism or hatefulness and anything illegal gets a full hard ban.
