Do you recruit new members form your forum competition?
There are many ways you could recruit members from a competing forum onto your own forum.
You can PM them directly, asking them to join. This is often seen as spam and might get you banned if you're reported for doing it.
You could also develop relationships with members and eventually invite them over once a friendship has been established. This might be a more ethical way of doing it.
